Twice in the past I had some pipes freeze, so I decided to have them wrapped and also fix a shower leak. I called PlumbPRO since they did an excellent job when I had a leak in the basement. As Huner and Bob were inspecting the pipes, they noticed the expansion tank above the old water heater had popped and that the water pressure came back at 80 psi, which was too high. They also saw that the hot side under the kitchen sink below in basement was corroded. I was given different options in writing to resolve these issues. Hunter carefully explained the pros and cons of each option. I chose the best one for me. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work. John and Bob came and made all the repairs. I was kept abreast of all the work being done. They came on time and got the work completed in a timely manner. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and walked me around to see and explain what was done. John showed me pictures of all the work that was completed and offered to email them to me. They were very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, and neat. Everything was cleaned up before they left. John, Bob, and Hunter are excellent examples of what a person coming to do work in your house should be. As for the PlumbPRO office staff, each person I spoke with was friendly and very accommodating. They sent me an appointment confirmation, a reminder, and a technician is on the way messages, which contained the name and picture of the person coming to my house, which I appreciated for safety reasons. After John and Bob left, I was sent a receipt. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber because the price was reasonable, they used quality materials, provided quality work, excellent technicians, and friendly office staff.
