I had PlumbPro come out on back to back days to do an installation and then replace a valve that I broke on a separate DIY project. They gave me a variety of options for scope and price, and had everything I needed in stock so that they could complete both jobs done right away. John, Bob, George, Mark, and Mark were great, and even when they hit a snag in an old house, they worked around it and got the jobs done.

Had the pleasure to meet Gary and he was able to do backflow testing on 2 of my properties. He arrived on time, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Just made PlumbPro Services my go to plumbing company. I couldn’t be happier with the service. And a shout out to Susan in the office who handled my call with friendly service and great communication.

Today we had Will and Ty out to work on replacing a portion of cast open pipe that was starting to rust. They also replace valves for a bathroom and kitchen sinks. Friendly and experienced. Super easy to work with. They both did a great job and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

If I could give PlumbPro Services 100/5 stars, I would. I bought my first house in June and recently discovered what could've been a nearly ruinous issue, repair, and cost for me to deal with. George, Will, and Ty showed extreme care and developed a creative and less expensive solution for my potentially life-altering issue. Then, they promptly executed this solution and kept me informed each step of the way. It is rare to find people who seem to truly have your best interests at heart, and who are willing to think about your repair through the lens of your specific circumstances. I feel really lucky to have had George, Will, and Ty in my corner for this repair, and I cannot recommend PlumbPro enough.

PlumbPRO representatives came and evaluated repairs needed for tub fixtures and upgrading plumbing with improved valves to shower. Bob and Mark explained the options and associated costs. They were efficient and comprehensive.

We were fortunate to be able to arrange a quick installation for all parts and upgrades . This was completed by John and Kyle who were professional and skilled. The plumbing works well and room was clean after they finished .
